Shipping & Returns
Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
My parcel has arrived damaged. What do I do?
Sometimes delivery companies can be a little heavy handed. Send us a photo of the package and items along with your order number and we will take it up with the delivery company and send you out some fresh replacements at first class delivery.
We only ask you send back the items you have received so we can use them in our case.
Are you a sustainable company?
Luna's Treasures does things differently by ethically and sustainably producing in LA. We design, print, cut, and package everything in house. We hope to be an example of how the gift industry can do better for our planet and the people in it. Your support and understanding make this possible.
What do you do?
Our mission is to create personalized gifts for you and your closest family and friends. All our gifts are put together with love! We hope you love our custom gifts as much as we do!
